Call Structure: Weekly & 1:1

In addition to on-demand resources, this program includes weekly live group calls led by Rod, offering real-time support, accountability, and the opportunity to dive deeper into key topics with fellow cohort members. To further personalize your journey, each participant also receives a private 1:1 call with Rod to discuss your initial goals and create a customized path to help you achieve them. Rod has spent his entire adult life as a practicing coach and therapist helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. This lengthy experience has given him the unique insight and perspective of the challenges and opportunities facing people of his generation.

He knows what works and what does not work for sustainable success.

He is certified and licensed in the vital disciplines that determine how well we age. And most recently he has become an Enlifted® Level 3 Mindset Coach. This unique distinction is what truly moves his clients from stuck to sustainable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need prior experience with fitness or personal development programs?

Absolutely no prior experience is necessary. Many of the things that worked for us decades ago no longer apply. This program offers new and unique ways to simplify how you eat, move and think in this next stage of life.

How much time will I need to commit each week?

The lessons from each week are short and concise, and most importantly, actionable. You'll need to spend a few minutes each day, putting them into play. The goal is to get in the daily reps and establish a new way of thinking about how to manage your health and longevity for the long run. You will find the actions fun and efficient and you will feel the results almost immediately.

Is this program suitable for both men and women?

Absolutely. Both men and women will get great value and added life to their years when applying these practices and principles to their life.

What if I have specific dietary or physical limitations?

One of the best parts about the Anti-diet is that it doesn't tell you that you have to eat this or that. You get to decide as long as you follow the nourishing principles. This program is more about how you eat rather than what you eat.

How long will I have access to the program materials?

You will have lifetime access to the course materials for as long as the program exists, so you can revisit the content anytime you need a refresher or renewed inspiration. Additionally, you’ll receive six months of complimentary access to the Live Light Gym Community, where you’ll find ongoing support, accountability, and connection. After six months, you can choose whether to continue your membership—although staying is highly encouraged to help you maintain your transformation and continue building on your progress.

Do I have to be over 50 to participate in this program?

While this program is designed for people in their second 50, it is also extremely powerful for those in their 40s that want to be in the best shape of their lives when they get to their Second 50.
